Description:HMC472
is a broadband 6-bit digital attenuator with an attenuation range of
0~31.5dB and a typical step error of ±0.25dB. It adopts QFN surface
mount package, single power supply 5V power supply, operating frequency
range from DC to 3.8 GHz, and insertion loss below 2.0 dB (typical
value), IIP3 is +54 dBm, suitable for various RF and IF applications.
Main Characteristics:(1) Operating frequency range: 1M~3.8GHz;
(2) Maximum power of input signal: 20dBm
(3) Attenuation factor and step length: The attenuation factor is 0~31.5dB, and the step length is 0.5dB.
(4) Insertion loss: less than 2.0dB.
(5) Attenuation control interface: one is manual adjustment control through the 6-position pin header on the board;
(6) Input and output impedance: 50Ω.
(7) Power supply: typical value +5V, maximum cannot exceed +7V.
(8) Input and output interface: SMA interface inner screw inner hole.
