The garden gates can be easily fixed to walls or a metal gate post using the included expansion screws and swivel. There are full assembly instructions included with your Avalon garden gate to make installation as easy as possible.

Yes, our gates are provided with all the fixtures and fittings you will need to assemble them.

The gate is packed into one package with honeycomb packing to protect the product and is delivered disassembled, The garden gate comes with full installation instructions so it is simple to install. It is recommended that 2 people work together on the installation.

Yes, these gates are designed to be either manual or automated. The gates are designed with a reinforced profile to support electric gate openers.
The lock and handle can only be assembled to the right-hand side of the gate.
Everything you need to set up your garden gate is included: Door slats, columns, garden gate locks, key, garden gate handle, screws. etc. All parts are listed in the included manual.
Delivery

Once your order is placed we endeavour to send out an acknowledgement email, providing you with the applicable contact details as provided to us, your order reference number and estimated delivery date. In most cases, you will be contacted prior to that estimated delivery date to notify you the day in which your delivery will be made.

Payment

At BillyOh we do manufacture our buildings to order, therefore immediate payment is required for this item. To make the process easy we want our customers to have as many options as possible, we accept most major credit and debit cards and PayPal payments.

Returns

If you're not 100% happy with your new purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. We also ask you if you can send a photo just so we can confirm everything looks okay before we send our drivers to collect the item.
