Inbay Wireless Qi Charger for Mercedes Vito / Viano W639

The Inbay Qi shelf invites their smartphone wirelessly in the car and integrates seamlessly into your Mercedes Vito / Viano. The charger replaces the storage compartment on the driver's side and invites inductively after the Qi standard.

    The tailor-made smart phone charging solution for Mercedes

    In Mercedes Vito / Viano (W639, from 2006 to 2014) the Inbay tray fits perfectly into the vehicle design. This is directly and thus discreetly integrated into the dashboard. Current must be easily and concealed on the 12V electrical system meaning you have no interfering cables in the car. Using the supplied voltage converters a reliable power supply of your mobile device is guaranteed.

    For wireless charging the Inbay solution uses the Qi technology of inductive energy transfer. Qi-compatible smartphones with a maximum size of 126 x 68 mm (incl. Cover) fit into this elegant charging station. The telephone is simply placed in the Inbay tray and then loads automatically and wirelessly.

    Wear of the plug contacts on the phone during the charging process is thereby prevented. Not Qi-compatible smartphones (eg iPhone 5 / 5s / 5c / 6, Samsung Galaxy S3 / S4 / S5 / Note2 / Note3) can be retrofitted with a special protective cover.

    Important notes

    Compatible only up to iPhone 12 or only for iPhone models without Magsafe system
    Manufacturer's statement: "Unfortunately, iPhones from model 12 upwards are no longer Qi certified due to the installation of the Magsafe system, which means that this generation of iPhones can only be charged with a maximum power of 7W. This is usually very slow and also largely only possible without a case."
