Etched signed Sevres France on bottom.

Condition is "Used".  Good condition for age. A few light scratches on bottom,  a small flea bite under head in back, and on lower ear tip there is a small chip, hard to see.... you have to feel it. Not sure if it is a manufacturers flaw or damaged from owner.

Very heavy piece.  Very cute. Can be used as an ashtray. Indent for cigarette on tail area. Or would make a great trinket bowl.
