| THIS IS THE MOST CHARMING VINTAGE PICTURE. I AM AFRAID MY PHOTOS JUST DON'T DO IT JUSTICE. FRAMED IT IS A LARGE 34" BY 30 1/2" AND PRINT EXPOSED IS 24" BY 20". THE SUBJECT IS SO SWEET, A DAD WITH HIS TWO CHILDREN. DAD IS SMOKING AND SON I THINK HAS A MUSICAL INSTRUMENT IN HIS MOUTH. THE WHOLE FAMILY IS WEARING WOODEN SHOES AND THE ROOM IS FILLED WITH INTERESTING FURNITURE AND A BALALAIKA (stringed instrument) HANGING ON THE WALL. THE PICTURE HAS PRINTED "COPYRIGHT 1920" ON TOP RIGHT SIDE OF PRINT, BOTTOM LEFT IS IS HAND SIGNED IN PENCIL " 46" AND BOTTOM RIGHT IS HAND SIGNED IN PENCIL ARTISTS SIGNATURE. THE SUBJECT IS NOT ONLY WONDERFUL BUT THE MUTED COLORS ADD A FEELING THAT DRAWS YOU INTO THE PICTURE. AMAZING ART AND THE FOCAL POINT OF ANY ROOM IN THE HOUSE. |
