These are almost new 17" BMW 328xi wheels. I had 18" custom wheels on my car and I sold my car recently. I have tires on them with almost no tread. So, I am not charging for the tires, they are yours(free). These will be a good second set of wheels if you are switching between winter and summer tires on your car.
