The decanter is a pinched bottle design with an etched frosted design of The Gentleman tipping his hat to a Victorian Lady.

Hand carved original by Hewitt.

Bottom of decanter reads: I.W. Harper. 

Measures 9-1/4" tall and 5" wide.

Empty Collectors Edition Whiskey Decanters. In good condition, with no chips, cracks, or staining to the piece. There is some residue on the inside bottom of decanter. There is some rubbing to the glass where the  stoppers cork sits. The Cork is stuck in the bottle. Cork is dry and stained and still has plastic piece. It is missing the original gold labels and most of the tax label.
