1. We have Two warehouses located in CA, and NJ, and the item will be shipped from one of them, and only to eBay ADDRESS. Package handling only takes 1 business day at our warehouse, so please make sure entering correct payment and shipping information before checking out. Once your payment is completed, pls inform us by Email or leave ebay note if the changes are needed before we send the product.

2. It is beyond our ability to change the address after we ship your item.

3. Orders placed at weekend will be shipped within 2 days.

4. USPS: 3-9 business days. | UPS: 2-6 business days. | FedEx: 2-6 business days.

5. We only ship to the 48 states, and we do not ship to FPO or APO addresses.

RETURN

We accept returns. Please contact our customer service team immediately if:

1.You changed your mind and wish to request a return

2.Your product was damaged during transit

All returns must be directed through Customer Service. Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from us. If you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and accepted. Applicable freight fees and a 10% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund in cases where you changed your mind about your purchase and wish to return the product. This also applies to orders cancelled while in transit.

We ONLY accept returns with original package. Please make sure that item has NO man-made sabotage. Used items will not be accepted for return.

We will require a picture of the damaged part for verification.
