RETURNS

Please contact us via eBay Messages within 30 days of receiving your item if you wish to return it. Unwanted or incorrectly ordered items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging within 7 days of return authorisation. A full refund will be issued upon receipt, although return postage costs are the buyer's responsibility. If an item is lost in transit, we can arrange a replacement after 15 working days (21 working days for international orders), but refunds cannot be issued for lost items. For international faulty item returns, buyers are responsible for return postage costs, while we will cover the cost of sending the replacement item.
