It fits the Side Shaft Mogul hit and miss engines and the 8-16 and 10-20 Mogul tractors. May fit other sizes of Mogul engines not sure. Size 8 5/8" outside diameter with an 8" inside diameter where baffle flange fits outside steel can. No cracks welds or repairs. From an IHC collectors estate. See Photos!
