There are 10 strips in each set. How to use:  1. Make sure the nails are clean and dry, if you have applied nail polish first, allow to dry.  2. Lightly apply the foil adhesive covering the areas you want the foil to stick, and wait for it to go clear (approx 2 mins to 3 mins) if using air dry adhesive, or use gel adhesive and cure under lamp until really tacky, usually 60 seconds. 3. Apply the foil design side facing up (if it slides, the adhesive isn't ready, it should stick straightaway). 4. Rub the foil onto the nail and peel off the backing. 5. Seal with 1 or 2 layers of top coat. If unsure how to use, check out some tutorials on Youtube.
