Stratford was designed for International Silver by John Clulee in 1902.

They are marked with the Simpson, Hall and Miller  hallmark, that being a company that was absorbed into International around the turn of the 19th century, though International continued to use the SHM hallmark.  Also with PAT and STERLING.
