A free-spinning collar will turn if attacked by gripping tools without loosening the lock. Constructed of naval brass and hardened stainless steel for maximum security.

Fits the following outboard motors: Johnson/Evinrude 40-140 hp (2 stroke) (some 90-130hp may have a 3/4-16 shaft).
