Payment

We accept paypal and bank transfer on eBay. If you have any special request, please send us a message.
PayPal is a faster, safer way to pay online without sharing financial details. If you choose to pay with a bank deposit, enter your eBay ID or a recognized reference number.
If you need our bank account information for transfer, please send us a message.

Delivery

Please be aware that PO Boxes cannot receive items above 25kg or longer than one metre.
If you paid before 1:00 PM, Items are dispatched the same day otherwise will send the next day,
Items will only be delivered during normal business hours (9 AM-5 PM) on weekdays. Delivery is not available on weekends, public holidays or after business hours.
Deliveries to suburbs falling in regional areas may take longer than the standard estimated delivery time frames.
Postage fee is free for most area except remote or offshore area.
Please understand we cannot guarantee delivery time and cannot be held responsible for any delay outside of our control.
Should item returned due to incorrect address provided by the buyers, extra postage charge may apply to buyers to resend.

Warranty

12 month National wide warranty:

1.Unless otherwise stated, products listed and sold by Autofonder come with 12 month warranty.The use of products for commercial purposes qualifies the purchaser to a 3 month warranty period.

2.As a consumer, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement or repair for a major failure and compensation for any reasonably loss or damage within ordinary cause of business. Partial refund agreed by consumer may be less than the purchase price is deemed to have completed the claim.

Make the claim:

1.Preferably, you can contact us via eBay message.Photos or videos of proof may be requested by us to complete the claim.Once the fault/issue is clarified, Autofonder may fit replacement parts or offer replacement parts to the customer.

2.Should you wish to claim a warranty on your item, please follow the process outlined in the Return section.

Not provide refund, replacement,exchange or resend if you have fell below conditions:

·Product was damaged by using it in a way it was not meant to be used.

·Product was stolen or damaged due to wear and tear.

·You have had a defect drawn to your attention before you purchased the product.

·You changed your mind and wish to return used,unsalable products which is free from manufacturing defects or faults.

·Products are not purchased from our store.

·Claimed Products are found to be in good working order.

·Faulty products returned in exchange for a higher value of products

·If any returned goods are found to be in good working order, wel reserve the right to seek reimbursement for any costs incurred ·by us in relation to such goods. In such event, we may hold your goods until payment is received.

Return

Change-of-mind

If not satisfied, please let us know and you can return it in original or re-sell condition via air registered mail within 30 days of your receiving the item for a free exchange or refund.

We does not accept change-of-mind refund for products which has been used under unsalable conditions with free from manufacturing defects or faults.

Please note a valid trackable tracking number is required for all eligible return item

Exchange for a higher or lower value of prodocts

If you changed your mind or you purchased a wrong item, and wish to exchange the product to a higher or lower value of goods. You can send back the products in original conditions and package, depending on the complexity of the case, we may require you to cancel the original orders or pay (or being paid back) for the difference in order to complete the exchange. Please note you will need to pay for the return postage fees.

Defects, faults or wrong item

Where products were defected or you have received the wrong products, and products were required to be sent back, we will pay for the returned postage. Please contact us if you would like to make a claim. Please see our warranty section for more information.
