I put a lot of effort into sourcing good quality items, research about the product, pricing reasonably, creating the listing, etc. I encourage you to get all of your questions answered before you Bid/ Buy so we can all be happy with the transaction(s) and promote positive feedback.

Please be considerate and pay immediately after the purchase as unpaid transactions will take time to resolve.

All photos are taken by me– no stock photos are used. I ensure sanitary procedures with my shipping and handling of products, as necessary.

Shipping: Nothing is free, including shipping. However, I ensure that I find the cheapest but efficient shipping option to get the product to you safely.

Return Policy (Varies by product): Return shipping is to be paid by the buyer, and the return will only be issued if the item is returned in the exact same condition as it was when it left my store. If the item has been tampered with or abused, (this includes, but is not limited to, opening of original packaging, switching or removing of parts or pieces, misuse, or poor handling) I reserve the right to refuse receipt of package and return of funds.

Damages during shipping: I will take utmost care while packing the product but sometimes damages happen. Please be kind to send the pictures of the received package so I can submit a claim and also process you the refund.

No returns accepted on some shoes and some Antiques/Vintage/Collectibles.
