You can set up your Sky Q remotes to control volume, mute, power and input source on your TV. If you have a speaker system you can set up the remote to control volume and mute on this instead - the power and input source buttons will continue to control the TV.

Please follow the below steps in order to set the volume buttons for the SKY Q remote. 

If you have a Sky Q remote or Sky Q Accessibility remote:-

Press Home on your remote
Select Settings, then Setup, followed by Remote Control
Select the remote you're using
Select Control your TV then Find it for me and follow the on-screen instructions

OR

First press 4 & 6 together on the remote until it's led flashes four times. Then press 7 & 9 together on the remote until it's led flashes four times. Then re pair by pressing 1 & 3 together and follow onscreen instructions
