1 x 25g bag of Japanese Nigari powder – also called bittern

1 x 25g bag of Natural calcium sulphate – Terra Alba gypsum

1 x 25g bag of Glucono Delta Lactone - GDL

Use these coagulants alone or in various mixes for making your own Tofu.
