Description:
The power amplifier board supports digital walkie talkies. Can be used with RA, M and SU series modules for Toshiba. The board is equipped with a transceiver circuit, which is suitable for all 1-5W walkie-talkies and functions as a power amplifier. After adding a corresponding power amplifier module, it becomes a high-power vehicle platform, thereby increasing communication distance.
Module and heat sink are not included in the package. Power and frequency depend on your module. For example, RA30H4047 is 30W, and the frequency is 400-470MHZ.
The supply voltage of module used will affect the transmission power. Within the operating voltage range, the lower the voltage, the lower the transmit power.
Antenna has a great influence on communication distance. Please select a matching antenna and install it correctly.

Regarding the voltage adjustment of different series modules, the required voltage of the second pin of the series starting with RA is 2.8-4.5V. If it exceeds 5V, it may cause self-excitation or burn the module. Users who use RA module must pay attention. The voltage of the second pin of M series module is 10-13.8V. If it is lower than 10V, it may not work.
1. First fix the board to heat sink (the module should not be welded first), then connect it to walkie talkie, connect 12V power supply required by the board and then power on.
2. Screw multimeter to the voltage range (within 20V), put the red test pen on the second pin of the module, the black pen on the negative pole, and then press the transmitter button of walkie talkie, so that the voltage can be displayed, and then adjust the multi-turn potentiometer to get the voltage you want.
