Warranty Policy:

All our power tools and battery operated tools (unless otherwise stated) are covered by a 36 month warranty and batteries and chargers are covered by a 24 month warranty on a back to base basis (items to be returned to us)

Should your item fail within 30 days of receipt, we will also cover your return postage cost back to us.

If the item fails after 30 days from receipt, you will be responsible for return postage costs. Once the item is repaired, we will cover the cost of postage back to you.

Returns Policy:

If your item is dead on arrival or faulty upon receipt, we are happy to exchange or refund - including postage costs. You should contact us without delay outlining the problem. Once we agree to have the item returned, please return with your invoice, name, address and a contact number. All returns are to be sent back to us within 14 days. Items must be returned with their original packaging, accessories and instructions and must still be in a new and unused condition.

All orders will have a paper invoice included.
