WITH GOLD FOIL STICKER ON BACK SIDE
This 1970's vintage 19" x 12" Japan black-lacquer serving tray features an intricate hand-painted design of 2 gold cranes, a symbol of longevity and good fortune in Japanese culture, along with Asian leaves and circles. The craftsmanship showcases traditional Japanese artistry, reflecting the cultural influence in its design, and adding a touch of elegance and sophistication to this piece, making it a stylish and unique addition to any collection of Japanese collectibles for those interested in their art and craftsmanship.
It measures 19" long, 12" wide,1 3/4" tall, 1 1/2" deep, and weighs approximately 1 lb. 2 oz. It has 3 3/8" x 9/16" cutout handles at each end, with plastic bamboo-looking wrap.
It was made in Japan and has the gold foil sticker on the back side, please note that a very tiny part of the foil is lifting up on one side, please see pictures.
It does have some surface scuffs, but no loss of paint, due to its previous usage and age.
It also has a few yellow paint spots on some of the edges on the back side, which can be easily removed with care and I will leave that task to the buyer, if desired.
This is from my own home. I'm downsizing since I am getting up there in my years. Time for another family to enjoy.
It is in good vintage condition with just a few of surface scuffs I mentioned before.

This would make a wonderful addition to anyone's collection, it is truly a beautiful piece to own, display and/or use. The colors are bright and unfaded, and the finish is nice and shiny. It will also make a great gift for someone special.
