Alza International Ltd. does not pay for return postage; this will be at your own cost.

Please remember that the products are your responsibility, as a customer, until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send any returns by a postal/courier service that provides insurance for the value of the goods, a dispatch certificate or document and a signed proof of delivery. Please retain your Certificate of Posting and keep it safe until you have received your refund from Alza International Ltd.

Items need to be returned in same condition as it was received.

Custom Duty/Charge : If there are any custom charges that will have to be incurred by  customer in case of customer refused to pay the duty charges and product back to us only product cost is refundable whatever extra charges you paid for delivery that is totally non refundable


Custom Documents: As every country has different custom charges and formalities we dispatch with custom declaration C22 form. Any additional document your country require for custom clearance please inform us in advance so that same can be enclosed.

Held on Custom: If parcel held on custom due to any reason and product sent back to us only product cost is refundable any extra charges you paid for delivery are non-refundable
