Things you should know - Thank you for checking out RichAndTiffsNiceThings eBay store.  A few things we would like you to know about us and our Nice Things.. 

Shipping - We are happy to combine shipping and refund the difference! We do not try to make money on shipping, we set our price as close as possible without knowing the end destination in advance. Some times we are over and some times we are under, in the end it averages out. We ship on Mondays and Fridays, and sometimes in the middle of the week, especially when Monday ends up a holiday.  If its paid for prior to or early on those days, we will get it out. Unless items are particularly large, we primarely ship item First class or Priority mail. 

Clothing - We only pick out top quality clothing, so it must be new or have very minimal wear. We only pick out the freshest, most flawless clothing we can find (with the exception of a few vintage items). We do not add extra wear by washing, if it needs washed it won't be in our store. We aim for reliable and well-known NAME BRANDS in active wear, outdoor wear, and button up casual wear. We also Love REQUESTS! After we picture our clothing, we package it in vacuum sealed poly plasitc bags and store them safely until shipping. We emphasize once again, that we are happy to take Brand and Style requests. Let us keep an eye out for YOUR FAVORITES!  

Knick-Knacks and breakables - We spend a fair amount of time packing items that have sold, we want to ensure it gets to the buyer safely and in one piece. We give it the final inspection at time of shipping and if there is any issues, we will let you know prior to shipping it.  Please if anything arrives broken, make a claim against the carrier first and let us know 2nd.  We work too hard packing our Nice Things to let it be damaged on the way. 

Return Policy - With clothing we understand sometimes things don't fit, for this reason we have a two week return policy on clothing - BUYER pays shipping costs.  

For KnickKnacks and breakables we have a NO Return policy. We do not put a lot in descriptions, But we take careful pictures from all various angles. We are totally honest with everything we sell, if we see a flaw or problem, that information WILL be put in description.    

Broken or Lost items - Broken items are handled through the CARRIER.  We ship everything with tracking, so if an item is lost in transit, please also make a claim against CARRIER.  

Offers - We happily allow offers!! 

Our stock - Most of our things come from Collectors, Garage sales, thrift shops, house clean ups and really where ever we can find Treasures.  Our goal is to get these things to new homes with folks that want and Love it as much as we do. We hope you find that special something for yourself or someone you care about!!
