PLEASE NOTE: Many modern PSEs and PPEs have self sealing flaps. These are designed for immediate use and not long term storage. With time, the gum from these discolors and may affect the envelope. It is also common for the flaps to adhere to the envelope.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS For single or combined items whose final auction price is greater than or equal to $25.00, shipping via US Postal Service Priority Mail International or UPS Standard to Canada is required. There will be no exceptions to this rule.
