This Item is selling as shown and described. All items shipped USPS priority mail are insured. . Buyers signature will be required to confirm delivery at our discretion.  Ebay provides the buyer with the tracking information when we print the shipping label. Upon notification of damage or loss from the buyer or after the listing has reached the ebay estimated delivery time we will file an insurance claim for the item. Buyers will be required to fill out a claim form, sign it, and return it to us. Buyer must retain the original box, packing, and damaged item for shipper and insurance inspection. After our receipt of the buyer damage or loss claim form and our claim approval we will refund the buyer for the purchase price of the item.
