Anusol Ointment

For the relief fo itching, burning and soreness of haemorrhoids and minor rectal inflammations and irritation. Useful also in minor skin irritation, itching and chafing.
Ingredients
This ointment contains: Zinc Oxide 10.75% w/w, Peru Balsam 1.88% w/w, Benzyl Benzoate 1.25% w/w,


In a bland base.
Directions
Wash and dry affected area, apply ointment twice daily ensuring area is completely covered. Attach the plastic applicator tip onto the open tube. Insert tip into the rectum and gently squeeze the tube. After use wash nozzle in a hot solution of detergent and then thoroughly rinse in clear water.


If difficulty is experienced in sqeezing the ointment out of the tube, warm tube by holding it between the hands for a few minutes.

Anusol Suppositories

For the relief of itching, burning and soreness of haemorrhoids and minor rectal inflammations and irritations. Provides lubrication, thus facilitating bowel movements.
Ingredients
Each suppository contains: Zinc Oxide 300mg 11.0% w/w, Peru Balsam 1.8% w/w, Benzyl Benzoate 33mg 1.2% w/w.


In a suppository base.
Directions
Not to be taken orally


Remove from foil and insert one suppository morning and evening and after each bowel movement.


Continue use for two weeks after remission of symptoms to help prevent recurrence.
