Antique Folk Art Soldered Tin COOKIE CUTTER Pa. Dutch Style HIPPO?

Estate fresh; authentic antique Folk Art Cookie Cutter. 

Depicts possibly a Hippopotamus? Maybe some breed of dog. I can't tell for sure (see pics).

Measures 3-7/8" long and 2-1/4" wide.

Excellent condition with original untouched patina. Not cleaned or used for many years.
