This is a NASCAR Dale Earnhardt Jr figure from  series 1 by Action/McFarlane Toys.    The figure is new in package, never opened, and comes from a smoke free home.  Inner plastic has some yellowing.  Please look at other items in my store, markmaks Toys&Collectibles.
