An original, World War Two period embroidered sleeve patch for the US Strategic Air Forces in Europe, created in February 1944 and dissolved in August 1945. A very short-lived insignia. This is a fully-embroidered item with cut edge, and has been tested with ultraviolet light (no glow). Great original piece for your collection of WW2 or vintage US Air Force patches.
