We ship via UPS or USPS Priority at our discretion if free shipping is included in purchase price.

Items are typically shipped out within one day of receiving payment.

WARRANTY

All parts come with a 10 day Test and Inspection period from the date of delivery unless stated otherwise. Exceptions can be made at our discretion.

We do not accept good parts return, no credit or refunds will be issued. Make sure the item is the correct one, and it will work for your particular application. Refunds will be given if item is DOA, the item was different from what you purchased, or the item was not as described.

Buyer must notify us within 10 days of receiving the item of any problem that may require a return.

If item needs to be returned, we will pay the return shipping cost. Refunds, including shipping costs, will be issued after item is returned and inspected. Item must be returned in purchased condition with all accessory items if any were included. Items in factory boxes must be returned with factory box in the same condition as received. If it is determined item was tampered with, misused, or has parts missing a refund might not be given.

Any purchaser will indemnify us and hold us harmless from any damage whatsoever arising out of the use of items sold by us in any matter that would render the above warranty invalid. We shall not be held responsible for any expense including but not limited to: Installation, removal, transportation, incidentals, exemplary, punitive or consequential damage(s), loss of profits or revenue, injury or death to any person or property caused by items of our sale.

Our liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the purchase price of any defective item sold. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, other than set out above.

Any purchaser also acknowledges that we are not a distributor sanctioned by the original manufacturer and we are not a party to any manufacturer's warranty that may or may not apply.

Any purchaser also acknowledges that we sell new, used and/or refurbished items.

Due to the variety of products sold by us and their broad range of applications, those responsible for the procurement, installation, application and/or use of purchased equipment must satisfy themselves that all components meet performance and safety requirements including but not limited to: all applicable laws, regulations, codes and standards.

ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE THROUGH PAYPAL, NO EXCEPTIONS. BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY BROKER FEES, DUTY FEES, CUSTOM CHARGES, AND TAXES.

VALUES WILL NOT BE LOWERED ON CUSTOM FORMS OR MARKED AS GIFTS.

THERE WILL BE A $5 PACKAGING AND HANDLING FEE ON ALL INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS.  

 WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ITEMS SHIPPED VIA USPS ONCE THEY LEAVE OUR POSSESSION AT THE POST OFFICE IF THEY ARE LOST, DAMAGED, UNDELIVERABLE, FORFEITED, OR ANY OTHER PROBLEM THAT MAY HAPPEN ONCE IN USPS POSSESSION.
