original version (1st year release of "Metro" style, the best version) made of 94% wool, 6% nylon; acetate lining 

color:  HEATHER MAJESTIC PURPLE (i.e. ROYAL BLUE) - even though the official color name is "Heather Majestic Purple" the actual tone has nearly no purple and is actually a ROYAL BLUE color that's highly sophisticated and versatile (for work & play, works well with a variety of skin tones and ages); it is darker and not as loud as the 'Regal Blue' shade.

SIZE MARKED:   US 2

  Compared to the J. Crew 'Lady Day' coat, this 'Metro' style is cut a tiny bit more generously (some ladies size down one size from their Lady Day size).
