PAYMENT

RETURNS

Food, Media, and Health & Personal Care items are not eligible for return. However, these products may qualify for a refund if they are received in damaged or defective condition.
All returned merchandise must be received in the same condition in which it was originally delivered. This includes the return of all original boxes, packaging materials, manuals, blank warranty cards, and accessories. Failure to include required components may affect eligibility for a replacement, exchange, or refund.
A restocking fee of up to twenty percent (20%) may be applied to returned items following inspection, based on the condition of the product and packaging.
Items designated as Collectible may be subject to additional return restrictions. Customers should review the specific product listing for applicable terms.
Customers are required to inspect all items upon delivery and report any issues within two (2) business days. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.
For items sold as New, returns are accepted only if the manufacturer’s seal remains unopened and intact. Once a product has been opened, unsealed, or otherwise tampered with, the sale is considered final, and the item is non‑returnable and non‑refundable.
