This is a new Costume Petticoat. It is a girls One Size fits most. Measures approx. 12" from waist to hem. Waist is a very stretchable elastic. Smallest waist Size is 17". Maximum Waist is approx. 32". It is black and dark pinkish/purple. Top portion is a very shiny magenta color. Bottom hem has a purple ruffle trim. Extremely cute to help make any costume stand out. It is two layers thick. I have several of these. Some don't have tags, but all are new. Available in several colors, so be sure to check out my store. I always combine shipping if paid on one invoice.
