Brand new with tags and extra button attached, Betsey Johnson dress in size 8 and made in the USA.  Shimmering dress is done in teal burnout polka dots against a black background.  Flattering empire waist, black satin trim at the neckline with button closure at the back of the  neck and concealed zipper.  Fully lined with an attached black slip, the dress measures approximately 34" at the bust, full through the waist, and hips and the length from shoulder to hem is 38".  Gorgeous, sexy dress, brand new from Betsey Johnson and retails for $405.00.
