Brand new with tags attached, Betsey Johnson gorgeous dress in size 0 and no longer available. Park Lane Flare dress is made from silk and features a soft black velvet top, boned for support, and can be worn strapless or with the included detachable halter strap. Paperbag waist with a pink silk tie, the bottom of the dress is in black silk chiffon, covered in a black burnout polka dot with lace hem. Fully lined with an attached pink slip as well as 2 additional slips, including a stiff net slip to give the dress body, for a total of 3 slips. Back zipper with hook and eye closure, the dress measures approximately up to 31" at the bust, 24" at the waist, 35" at the hips and the length from shoulder to hem is 33". Gorgeous dress, brand new from Betsey Johnson.
