Boned at the top for support, this casual dress from Betsey is a chic addition to your wardrobe, dress it up or down! Features a table cloth inspired cut-out floral lace hem. Red ribbon to tie at the waist, fully lined, back concealed zipper and made from 100% cotton. Measures approximately up to 35" at the bust, 28" at the waist, 40" at the hips and the length from underarm to hem is 32". Beautiful dress, brand new from Betsey Johnson.
