Clothing Descriptions: I try to describe my items with as many details as possible so the buyer is well informed. I take care to inspect for features and flaws. Most are obtained previously owned, and may have flaws that I did not notice even after careful inspection. If this occurs, I will accept returns and issue refunds for items which were described incorrectly. Here are the clothing descriptions I may use in listings: NWT - New With Tags - never washed or worn NWOT- New WithOut Tags - never washed or worn Like New - No flaws, no signs of wear, appears new, may have been washed and worn Excellent - Previously worn, no flaws, probably washed Very Good - Previously worn, no visible flaws, moderate wash/wear Good- Previously worn, minor visible flaws, moderate wash/wear Fair - Previously worn with significant visible flaws and/or heavy wash/wear

If you use an e-check, via paypal, your item will not ship until it clears.

It is at our discretion to ship via media, parcel post, first class, priority, or UPS depending on size, weight, and amount purchased. All shipments will include a delivery confirmation or tracking number. International shipping will be going USPS First class International or priority based on weight and location. Some listings will give a choice of delivery method. I cannot control time of delivery or cost that the USPS charges. I can only do my part to ship within one business day of cleared payment.

International purchases: Marking "gift" is illegal and I will not be able to do this for you. Please note that you are responsible for all taxes, duties, and customs within your countries regulations. Shipping International does take longer so please be aware of this and note my ship dates above.

All measurements are taken with the garment laying flat. Please refer to measurements to ensure a proper fit. All brands are cut differently and if it is pre-owned can also fit differently. Comparing measurements of an item you already own, to the measurements in the listing is always advised.

Returns are accepted within 14 days from receipt of your item. All Return information is located near the bid/buying section of the listing and buyer is responsible for being aware if there is a return policy offered or not by reading the returns information above. Please know that depending on the type of return there may be a restocking fee and shipping is non-refundable.

All pre-owned items are cleaned per tag instructions but usually are not steamed or ironed as they will be traveling hundreds of miles. New, NWOT, and NWT items are not washed as pre-owned clothes are. We cannot be held responsible for sensitivity issues to fragrance from our laundry soap or dryer sheets. If you have severe allergies it is best not to purchase. We do strive for five star excellence with fast secure shipping. If we make a mistake please allow us the chance to rectify it before leaving feedback. We can only assist you if you let us. Our return policy is noted above near the purchase area of the listing.
