This pair of Celestron "Ultima" binoculars comes with a carrying case (with shoulder strap), lens caps, and lens cleaning cloth.  The lenses are fully multi-coated. They have the BAK-4 prism system.  They are 8x32.  Field of view is 8.3 degrees.  Viewing is 436 ft at 1000 yards.  The optics are very good, clear, with no spotting, speckling, etc.  The padded leatherette coating on the binoculars does have some loss of finish.  Please see photos.
