1.0 Payment Info

Payment methods: All Payments will be managed by eBay.

Please ensure that the mailing/shipping address is correct. If it is not, the parcel will be delivered to the address listed in the eBay Sales Record.
Any additional order/purchase will not include if payment has made / completed and checkout from the payment gateway.

2.0 Shipping Info

All purchases will be shipped within 2-3 business days after your payment is cleared.
Upon dispatching the parcel, it's important to emphasize that the responsibility for tracking the shipment shifts to the buyer. This means that any inquiries or actions regarding the location and delivery status of the package should be managed by the buyer themselves.
It's advised that buyers always refer to the courier service's official website to access real-time tracking updates. The parcel is authorized to left at front door if nobody at home, otherwise, mailman will send to nearest postal hub waiting for collection.

3.0 International Shipping

SELLER / SENDER / SHIPPER is NOT responsible on payment Custom Duties, Import Tax, Miscellaneous Charges, Handling Fee, Local Sales Tax / VAT / GST / EIN and any hidden charges are imposed to buyer's local government of the country when goods are crossing borders. If it is applicable, buyer is responsible all above charges.

4.0 Return Policy

Our return policy allows for all merchandise to be returned up to 14 days after received, in like-new condition.
🚫 We DO NOT provide return labels. Any return or dispute case requests opened by buyers are required to bear the return postage fee. 🚫
An exchange/replacement or Money Refund services will be provided if the product has delivered in faulty /damage / defect or seller delivered wrong item. We will charge a 15% restocking fee for the return, unless the item is returned due to damage, defects, or not-as-described in the listing.

Please ensure the wrong product you have been ordered/purchased is in original, unused condition including the parcel box / in wrapped packaging together with UPC bar code. Any soiled, scratches, damages, resizing, altering of any part of the product will be charged an additional fee. Photos are advisable and preferable.
