This is gorgeous vintage Mexican sterling silver piece with royal blue stones. The stones do look like Lapis ?, but I am not  sure if its Lapis or a completely different opaque blue stone that looks like Lapis. In any event, its truly beautiful and well, solid made with a maker / manufacturer hallmark.
