This is a brand new carded Kohler style side mount flush lever. This flush lever is designed to be used on popular Kohler toilets with a side mount flush lever.  Please note that flush lever locknuts have a reversed thread. This Kohler style flush lever is made by Aqua Plumb and is stock #C2678. The lever is a chrome finish.
