We have now minimised the amount of visits we make to the Post Office so will no longer post on a daily basis. Going forward we will now only be posting twice a week & these visits will not be on set days, please also be aware that Royal Mail no longer deliver 2nd class letters or large letters on a daily basis or on Saturdays, they now only deliver on alternate days Monday-Friday on a 2 weekly delivery cycle, please see attached photo for schedule, thus adding more to dispatch/delivery times please be mindful of this when ordering.............Thank you so much for your patience & understanding 🌈🙂

Please note: Unfortunately due to Royal Mail's massive price hike for letters & large letters & eBay's high fees for business sellers we will no longer be restocking any of our stationary so once they're gone they're gone I'm afraid 😔
Sharpie Fine Permanent Marker:
We have decided to sell individually giving you the buyer the freedom of choice so you can choose your own colour combinations. Sometimes you only need the one colour replacing & this saves the expense of buying a whole new full pack of pens. Its very difficult to name each individual Sharpie colour correctly & I wouldn't want to misinform you, as some colours seem very similar so I have organised them into groups of colours & numbered them helping you to select the right shade, e.g Blue #1, Blue #2, Blue #3 etc.
This item comes to you Brand New & Unused however does not come with any packaging as we are selling singly.
Please take a look at our other items we have a whole range, including more stationary items, with more listed all the time & we are happy to combine P&P costs where we can, in fact purchase any of our loose stationary items & provided they are purchased in the same transaction (add to basket & request total from seller if P&P reduction is not discounted automatically) there is no additional P&P to pay whether that be paperclips, push pins, map pins, sharpies, bulldog clips, elastic bands & more!

Working full time in retail & as a eBay seller & buyer myself since 2000 I know what makes a positive shopping experience for me & would like my buyers to have the shopping experience I would expect as a buyer. ITEM AS DESCRIBED: We always take & use our own photos & where possible multiple photos, so you know what you are buying is what is pictured, we never only use Manufacturers pictures or links. Our listing pictures do form part of our items descriptions so please take the time to browse through them. We try to describe items thoroughly & to the best of our ability, that may mean using the product information or description from the packaging if that is available or describing the product by look, colour, material & measurements. Our aim is for you to know as much as possible about the product prior to purchase, to avoid disappointments. We are not into deceiving our buyers for a quick sale so if we notice even the tiniest of imperfections we will highlight it to you, we will never negate to tell you. Any false item not as described cases will be reported to eBay. If you feel you need more information we are happy to help just send us a message.
COMMUNICATION: We aim to answer any questions you may have prior to & after purchase as quickly as possible, this may not be instant because we do have full time jobs other than eBay but rest assured it will be as soon as we can. We do send a personal message to each & every buyer to let know when their item has been sent, so please check your inbox in My eBay for order updates. We leave buyers feedback upon payment not upon them leaving ours, I feel withholding feedback from the buyer until they leave feedback for us is unfair.
DISPATCH TIME: Dispatch time is the time space between the buyer paying & us sending NOT how long it takes to arrive with you. So did we send in the timescale we specify on our listings? We aim to send within 5 working days of receipt of payment, so not including Sundays & Bank Holidays as we cannot send when they are closed. We send this item via Royal Mail. Their delivery aim for that service is 3-5 working days, so again not including Sundays & Bank Holidays, please also see estimated delivery time on the listing. We cannot be held responsible for any delays, delays by the postal service do happen & is unfortunately beyond our control especially at peak posting times & poor weather & cannot be foreseen.
POSTAGE & PACKAGING CHARGES: P&P charges are not just the cost for actual postage of your item approx 50p is included in all our P&P costs to cover all packaging materials (per order). Please bear in mind that eBay do take a percentage of fees from the P&P we charge as well as from the item itself including a new regulatory operating fee 🙄 & then 20% VAT on top of those fees so in ALL cases after those fees are deducted the amount we charge doesn't even cover the cost of the postage let alone the cost of packaging. If you do not agree to us adding this 50p cost then please DO NOT purchase from us. This is the amount recommended by eBay on their Postage Estimator page under section ~ Postage FAQ's ~ Do I need to included packaging for my item? If you would like to purchase more than one item we do combine P&P costs where we can fairly. Either ask for a price prior to purchase or wait for an invoice.
POSTAGE & PACKAGING: Sellers standard P&P within the UK ONLY is £1.65p.
We do aim to post within 5 working days of receipt of payment so excluding Sundays & Bank Holidays.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: We no longer ship Internationally I'm afraid.
PAYMENT: We only accept online payments.
