Any purchases made before 10:00am will be dispatched the same day, all other purchases will be dispatched the following day.

Free delivery is sent standard 2nd class postage without a tracking number and should arrive within 3-5 days. Before contacting us or opening a case please check your local Royal Mail sorting office even if a delivery card has not been left. After 14 days from postage Royal Mail will class the item as missing and I can open an investigation and refund you.

There is an option at checkout to pay 2nd class signed for or next day delivery.

Purchases to European countries do not receive a tracking number. For countries outside of Europe your purchase will be sent tracked. Items can take 5-15 working days via airmail. Before contacting us or opening a case, please check your local sorting office even if a delivery card has not been left. After 30 days from postage I can open an investigation with Royal Mail and refund you.
