This is an invoice from G. W. Dawe & Son, Builders & Decorators of The Chase, St. Briavels, Gloucestershire. The invoice is dated May 21st 1949. The invoice measures 20.5cm x 17.2cm. Interesting addition to a local collection.

The item is in a good condition. Item has been folded in the past but will be sent flat. General edge and corner rubs, light bends at left hand corners, light creases at bottom right hand corner, small crease at top right hand corner, 2 very small bits of loss and a small tear at right hand edge, some light grubbiness and the odd tiny mark to front and rear of item, some light creases to receipt, the odd tiny pin-hole to item - only visible when held to light, some light rubbing along folds on reverse, some tiny light dents on reverse, the odd bump to edges. Please check scans carefully as they help with the condition too!
