These are 26 gauge sheet metal true wyes.  The size is 5" x 5" x 5" and the branches are at a 45 degree angle.  These are sold for dust collectors, I use them in my shop with 10 hp cyclones. 

This wye is crimped on the side with the Single opening, and uncrimped on the two 45 degree branches.
