The dimensions are a little larger than 1 inch wide (1.062) and little smaller than 1/2 inch (.437) in height - see below. These are high-quality polyethylene vinyl feet. The durometer (hardness) is 87 shore A.  

The metal insert center hole is .201 inches wide and accepts a #10 truss head bolt or #10 screw and can be removed to accommodate a larger bolt/screw.
