We try to have items packaged and shipped as soon as payment is received. If a problem arises we will contact you via email. We charge a FLAT rate for all of our shipments; UNLESS, because of size and weight, the item needs to be picked up or shipped by freight. If items are not picked up or freighted within 7 days of winning your auction, you will be charged a $25.00 storage fee per item, per week! PLEASE NOTE: We only ship to 48 continental states within the USA, sorry NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE!

We do not ship to any other International locations or to APO/FPO, or P.O. Boxes (the lower 48 only). If you won an auction and you are from an International location, you will need to provide a physical US shipping address in order for us to ship your item.

If your item is returned to us as a result of an incorrectly provided shipping address, the buyer will be responsible for the reshipment charges for the item. Returns due to the nature of eBay business, unfortunately, issues do arise and occur. It is important that you inspect your item(s) immediately upon receiving them. If you find an issue, please contact us immediately. Please do not return an item before contacting us. Remember! Items sold "AS IS" are NOT eligible for return! Contact must be made within 7 days of receiving the item in order for us to assist you with item issues. The buyer is responsible for a 10% restocking fee, and all of our eBay and PayPal fees. If the item is in a condition other than how it was shipped from our warehouse, the above stated refund will not be issued until, for example, the missing accessories are provided/returned to our warehouse or the cosmetic/functional damage repairs are paid for by the customer. If the problem is because of our error we will pay return shipping fees. For faster refund: when you return an item please include the e-bay item number and the reason for return when sending the item back to us.

Unless stated in the auction description, all items are OPEN BOX. This means the boxes have been opened to verify the content. Our items range from used goods, returned goods, overstock merchandise, shelf-pulls, or store displays. We DO NOT know the history of our items beyond what we describe in our ads. When a item is said to NOT come in original packaging or box, this means we will provide a generic box for storage and shipment because the item does not have its original box or packaging. We attempt to obtain correct specifications from the manufacturer's website, if this is not possible, we will obtain specifications from other legitimate sources. We are NOT liable for misinformation regarding the item's specifications. PLEASE READ: It is the bidder's responsibility to confirm compatibility/specifications with the manufacturer BEFORE placing a bid. Each item is checked to the best of our ability. Due to the nature of our products it is important that you remember we are human too, and mistakes can be made. We will try to resolve most item problems that are in our control. Warranties: Some of our items come with warranty information. Please note that we do not know what type of, if any, warranty the item actually possesses. We include the information if it comes with an item, but the warranty is NOT guaranteed to be valid with the manufacturer. We do not advise buyers to contact the manufacturer regarding any type or warranty as we are NOT authorized dealers or retailers, and we simply include the warranty information with items if the comes to us with them. However, we do recommend purchasing a warranty through square trade!
