You are purchasing a Plasticville O-O27 #1624-100 "House Under Construction" in Original Box.

Now, this kit DOES have 6 parts that are "reproductions" - photo #2 shows these reproduction parts.

All of the remaining parts are present and in "like new" condition! The box too, is very presentable in excellent condition. It only has minor shelf wear and a slight "wrinkle" on one edge.

The house under construction always looks good with all of it's small parts surrounding the house. Even with it's repro parts, this still is a striking house!

All of the original parts are from the 1959 release of this color house under construction kit.
