CA customers are subject to California State Sales Tax.

Shipping and handling costs will be $free  by USPS Economy POST  in the US.  International rates are much higher. Insurance, Delivery Confirmation(tracking info) and all other USPS options are by buyer’s request and at buyer’s expense.
