The 2000 Mint sets were not packaged individually unless you just ordered one. If you ordered more than 5, they came 5 sets in a package.

Inside each envelope are two Mylar packages. One contains the Cent, Nickel, Dime, Half, and Sacagawea Dollar. The other package contains the five quarters minted in 2000 which are, Massachusetts, Maryland, South Carolina, New Hampshire, and Virginia. The COA is a card with the coins composition, diminsions and designer.

One envelope contains the 10 Denver coins (D mint mark), and the other contains the 10 Philadelphia coins (P mint mark).
