Most of my plush items state that they are factory sealed. Recently some have been arriving not factory sealed. Sometimes during high volume sales/shipping they are shipped to me with a dozen or so in one plastic bag. I store them that way to insure they stay fresh and clean, but just so you know they are not all factory sealed, but the majority of them are.
Plush and other non-fragile items are shipped in a sturdy, high quality poly bubble mailer if first-class is selected. With Priority most items will ship in a Priority box. Please select shipping method accordingly.
All items usually ship within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment, often the same day as payment is received. Any additional charges which may occur such as customs and duty charges for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.
